Re: Virus
Robin
It sounds like you do not have a virus, Sounds like something was installed an not remove correctly. What you can try is a program called Ccleaner to clean up old files, an unused files from your Browser and from your registry.
Then just to make sure you do not have a Virus you can also download a program called Malwarebytes ( Both programs are Free)
1-888-405-8769 Toll Free
Leave a message or if you have a question.
Thanks Robin for the Email hope it helps.
If all fails from the above please let me know I will try to help you as much as I can.
And as far as a Charge We do not have a flat Rate to charge unless we have to install parts on a computer, Other then that we work on Donations.
Again thanks
Maynard

Subject: Virus
I have a virus. It says 'This application or DLL c: \WINDOWS\system32\mlang is not a valid windows image'
Is there a way to get rid of this without erasing everything on the computer. Please tell me how much this service is (before you tell me how to fix it) so I can work on getting the money. Also will this message make my computer slow down and freeze most of the time? Thanks for the service even if you can't help me or I don't get the result I am looking for. If everything is backed up on a disk will the virus go with it?

Windows 7 start button changer.
1. Download the Zipped File and Extract it into a folder of it's own.
2. Open the MUST READ.TXT file for more detailed instructions.
Leave all of the files in the W7SBC folder and run Windows 7 Start Button Changer.exe. Click Select & Change Start Button to browse for a new set of icons -- a few are included with the utility. Once selected, the program will backup explorer.exe and swap the icons.
Windows x64 users: if you receive an "unhandled exception" error, the utility's creator suggests that you try to run it as an admin, so it's probably best to just do that from the get-go (right click on the program > Run as administrator). For what it's worth, I've used this tool trouble free on Windows 7 Home Premium x64 without running it as an admin.
Note: Do a system back up, and a system restore point Before making any changes to your system.
Windows 7 Starter, How to Change the wallpaper.
1. Download the Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 ZIP file above provided by Oceanis.
2. Open the ZIP file and extract the Oceanis_Change_Background_W7.exe file, then run it to install it.
NOTE: Restarting the computer will be required to finish installing this program.
3. When your computer restarts, you will see this as your desktop background. Click on the Oceanis Change Background Windows 7 shortcut to change your desktop background. (see screenshot below)
4. Browse to the images that you want to use and select one, or more to have a desktop slideshow. Select the Picture position for how you want the images displayed, and any desktop slideshow settings if you selected more than one image. (see screenshots below)
NOTE: These options are just like the default ones in the other editions of Windows 7 here that are now being allowed by this program by Oceanis for the Windows 7 Starter edition.
5. When done, click on Save changes. (see screenshots above)
Restart the computer after installing the program.
Do you have a modified skin or theme, or other 3rd party theme or skin program installed?
Do you have UAC turned on?
Did you do this in a administrator or standard account?
You might see if right clicking on the program's shortcut, and clicking on "Run as administrator" may help.
Check all the above.
