Re: Virus

Robin

It sounds like you do not have a virus, Sounds like something was installed an not remove correctly. What you can try is a program called  Ccleaner to clean up old files, an unused files  from your Browser and from your registry.

Then just to make sure you do not have a Virus you can also download a program called Malwarebytes ( Both programs are Free)

Leave a message or if you have a question.

Thanks Robin for the Email hope it helps.

If all fails from the above please let me know I will try to help you as much as I can.

And as far as a Charge We do not have a flat Rate to charge unless we have to install parts on a computer, Other then that we work on Donations.

Again thanks

Subject: Virus

I have a virus. It says 'This application or DLL c: \WINDOWS\system32\mlang is not a valid windows image'

Is there a way to get rid of this without erasing everything on the computer. Please tell me how much this service is (before you tell me how to fix it) so I can work on getting the money. Also  will  this message make my computer slow down and freeze most of the time? Thanks for the service even if you can't help me or I don't get the result I am looking for. If everything is backed up on a disk will the virus go with it?

   Me: Robin
